Blueberry fudge is easy to make and such a decadent dessert for all occasions. This fudge comes together in less than 10 minutes and the hardest part is waiting for it to harden to enjoy! Using just three ingredients, this creamy decadent blueberry fudge will have all your guests amazed at how easy it is to create such a delicious treat. Adults and kids will be asking for seconds.

Tips and tricks for making this quick & easy Blueberry Fudge:

  • Best tasting fudge starts with high quality chocolate. White chocolate should contain at least 20% cocoa butter so read your labels carefully to obtain the best flavor and texture. I prefer these chocolates.
  • Carefully melt the white chocolate. I personally use 20 second intervals to prevent from overheating and stir constantly.
  • Always line your pan with parchment paper. This makes removal from your 9×9 pan easy peasy!

Quick & Easy Blueberry Fudge

This Quick and Easy Blueberry Fudge is incredibly easy to make with only 3 ingredients. A beautiful treat that is just as decadent and irresistible.

Ingredients

  • 20 ounces white chocolate melting wafers
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup freeze dried blueberries

Garnish:

  • Freeze dried blueberries

Instructions

  1. Line a 9x9 inch pan with parchment paper, so it overhangs on two sides. Set aside.
  2. Combine the chocolate and condensed milk in a large, microwave safe bowl.
  3. Take the freeze dried blueberries and add to a food processor to make a powder.
  4. Add the blueberry powder to the white chocolate and condensed milk and heat together.
  5. Microwave in 20 seconds increments and stir after each one until the chocolate has melted. It took me two intervals only to melt the chocolate, make sure you stir well before you microwave again, as the remaining heat will melt the chocolate.
  6. Note: If you are using regular chocolate, make sure you chop it into small pieces before adding it to the bowl to microwave.
  7. Stir well until smooth, then pour mixture into the lined pan and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  8. When the fudge has cooled off and hardened cut into squares.
  9. Fudge can be stored at room temperature for 4-5 days in an airtight container.
